Welcome to MeshyArt. We provide downloadable digital relief designs and CNC files, including RFL and other digital file formats.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Products
All products available on MeshyArt are digital downloadable products unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
After successful payment, the purchased files may be made available for download through your MeshyArt account, order page, or download link.
No physical product will be shipped for digital products.
2. No Return or Refund After Download
Because our products are digital files that can be downloaded and copied, orders cannot normally be returned or refunded once the digital file has been made available for download or accessed by the customer.
Please carefully check the product description, preview images, dimensions, file format, and other product information before completing your purchase.
3. Before Purchasing
Before placing an order, customers are encouraged to verify:
- The required file format
- Design and preview images
- Approximate dimensions or specifications
- CNC machine compatibility
- Software compatibility
- Material and carving requirements
- Any other requirements mentioned in the product description
MeshyArt is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by the customer’s particular CNC machine, software, hardware, or workflow.
4. Incorrect or Corrupted File
If you receive a file that is technically defective, corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product described, please contact us.
We may investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide:
- A corrected file
- A replacement download
- Another reasonable solution
Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the problem.
5. Duplicate Purchase
If the same digital product is accidentally purchased more than once, please contact MeshyArt with the relevant order details.
Duplicate-order requests will be reviewed individually.
6. Download Problems
If you have paid successfully but cannot access or download your purchased file, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchased digital product.
A temporary technical problem with downloading does not automatically mean that an order is eligible for a refund.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, internet connection, software, and CNC equipment are capable of using the purchased files.
MeshyArt does not guarantee that every file will work with every CNC machine, controller, software program, or manufacturing process.
8. Unauthorized Sharing
Purchased files are intended for the customer’s permitted use according to the applicable product terms.
Reselling, redistributing, sharing, uploading, copying, or making MeshyArt’s original digital files available to others without permission is prohibited.

When contacting us about an order, please include your order number and the email address used for the purchase so that we can locate the order more easily.
10. Policy Changes
MeshyArt may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when necessary. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
